Flexible Rating Plans
Callshop’s Administrator assigns a credit limit to each Agent and according to that every Agent can manage its subscribers/customers. The entire information related to the rating plans is stored in a central database to ensure centralized and synchronized rate management. 3NG Callshop Billing System allows the Agent to modify the rate plans as per the requirements and those modifications can easily be transferred to all the subscribers due to the centralized control.
