Voice over IP Telephone service - 3NG Consulting can help in constructing an end-to-end Voice over IP solution for service providers. From technology to marketing, 3NG Consulting can build a VoIP program for any size service provider.

Onsite Project Management - 3NG maintains a direct presence on a day-to-day basis. We work with your staff and overall organization. We provide timely reporting and identify potential bottlenecks so that they can be handled properly.

Outside Plant Engineering - 3NG Consulting has been designing outside plant cable facilities since our inception. These systems have included designs for copper (twisted pair), cable, fiber optic cable, and coaxial cable. We are heavily involved in both inter-exchange and local loop networks.

Facility Engineering - 3NG Consulting has always been very progressive in developing fiber designs that push fiber closer to the home. 3NG Consulting has engineered over 8000 miles of fiber construction within the local loop. Our typical outside plant designs for both twisted pair and coax based systems have continued to push fiber closer to the customer. Pushing fiber closer to the home often increases reliability (due to reduced field electronics), improves survivability, reduces maintenance, and can sometimes reduce overall cost of ownership. 3NG Consulting feels that fiber to the home is the next logical step in providing higher bandwidth. Using a computerized staking system, our outside plant technicians can quickly and accurately stake a cable system in preparation for construction. This automated system also accelerates the time it takes to deliver the final as built construction drawings.

Services/Permitting - These services consist of right of way and path selection meetings with all affiliated parties, including, but not limited to, county and state highway authorities, local power utilities, town and city engineers or planners. The purpose of this work is to resolve any right of way or access issues prior to project staking and to develop, in conjunction with you, the construction practices and final design the project will use. 3NG Consulting will provide pole owners with route and load information for make ready estimates on selected routes. 3NG Consulting will meet with all county, state and city agencies for route selection approval and permitting completion. Pre-staking will start prior to staff on site visits and will be completed by the resident engineer for the project in preparation for staking to start.

Staking Services - These services include building the actual staking sheets to be used for construction.

Plans and Specifications - These services prepare the construction bid package including specifications, project maps, contractor packages and the construction contract.

Construction Management - This service provides an onsite resident engineer to work with and oversee the day-to-day construction. This person does not replace the construction foreman. He represents your interests to ensure that the construction is completed to the specifications in the contract and that any changes are agreed to and documented by the engineer, owner and contractor in a timely fashion.
