VoIP Device Configuration Guides

3NG provides all its Private Label VoIP Partners and Subscribers TFTP server access for auto configuration and auto firmware updates of SIP devices. The use of this TFTP server eliminates possible human error, incorrect configuration, ensures firmware compatibility, and most importantly speeds up device deployment. In the event there is a firmware issue with a specific manufacture it allows our engineers to proactively roll back the firmware on the customer’s device with a simple reboot or power cycle. Residential subscribers require that the Partner or Customer Service department change their listed device. Business, vPBX subscribers have the option to change the device themselves if they wish and the new configuration file is generated automatically.
